Refund policy

Digital Downloads — All Sales Final

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download has been accessed.

We will happily refund or resend your file if:
- The file is corrupted or will not download
- You received the wrong file
- The download link expired before you were able to save it
- You were charged twice for the same order

To request a refund or replacement under one of these conditions, email us at cwilber79@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 1 business day.

What is not eligible for a refund:
- Change of mind after successful download
- Compatibility issues with your device or software (please check the file format listed on each product page before purchasing)
- Dissatisfaction with how the image prints at a home or third-party printer (we cannot control your printer settings, paper, or color profile)

Chargebacks: If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being blocked from future purchases.
