Personal-Use License (Included with Every Purchase)
When you purchase a digital download from ThunderBird Media, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license that allows you to:
- Download and store the file on your personal devices
- Print the image for personal display in your home or private space
- Use the image as personal wallpaper or screen background
Your personal-use license does NOT allow you to:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the file with others
- Use the image in any commercial project, product, advertisement, or marketing material
- Upload the image to stock-photo sites, NFT platforms, print-on-demand services, or any resale marketplace
- Claim authorship of the image or remove copyright/watermark information
- Train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models on the image
- Use the image for editorial, journalistic, or news-media purposes without a separate license
Commercial and Extended Licensing
Commercial use, editorial use, large-format commercial prints, resale rights, and exclusive licensing are available separately. For a custom commercial license quote, email cwilber79@gmail.com with a description of your intended use, distribution size, and duration.
Aerial Imagery and FAA Compliance
All aerial photography and video content sold by ThunderBird Media is captured in compliance with United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 regulations. ThunderBird Media does not sell imagery captured in restricted airspace, over people without authorization, or in violation of applicable privacy laws.
Third-Party and User-Submitted Content
If you believe any content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to cwilber79@gmail.com with (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) the URL of the allegedly infringing material, (3) your contact information, and (4) a good-faith statement of infringement. We investigate and respond to valid notices within 5 business days.
Trademark
"ThunderBird Media" and the ThunderBird Media logo are trademarks of the business. Use of these marks without written permission is prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranty
All Media is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ThunderBird Media makes no guarantee that any image will be suitable for a particular purpose beyond personal enjoyment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThunderBird Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use any Media purchased from or displayed on this website.
Governing Law
This legal notice is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Menominee Tribal jurisdiction, Wisconsin.
